The Philosophy

The season demands
a proper ending.

Most cyclists just stop. They hang the bike in November and lose six weeks of hard-earned form. This camp is your deliberate, structured close — designed to consolidate gains, flush fatigue, and set the foundation for a stronger 2027.

01
Arrive & Connect
Easy first ride together, team dinner, and a full briefing on the week ahead.
02
Train Smart, Not Hard
Zone 2 coastal riding, mountain days with structured efforts. Daily Mobility & Activation and post-ride debriefs.
03
Recover & Reflect
A full off-bike day with hiking, pool time, and a personal tête-à-tête with the coach.
04
Race Day Finale
A mountain race day with 53.eleven and a racing skills — the best way to close 2026.
"The off-season starts
with intention,
not exhaustion."
Why October · Why Calpe

Where the pros
train. Your turn.

🧠

Mental Deload

Hiking, pool time, a full off-bike day. The mind needs rest too.

October is not the time to push harder. It's the time to absorb everything the season taught you — and arrive at January already ahead.

Questions

Everything you
need to know.

What fitness level is required?
Comfortable riding 3–5 hours at moderate pace. This is an end-of-season camp — the goal is structured quality, not suffering. You don't need to be racing fit; just ready to ride consistently for a week.
Is single room accommodation available?
Yes, a single room upgrade is available on request. Please mention this in your application and we'll confirm availability and the additional cost.
Can I rent a bike through the camp?
Yes. We can arrange high-quality bike rentals in Calpe. Please indicate this in your application form and we'll confirm options and pricing.
Is this camp suitable for women?
Absolutely — and actively encouraged. Our community is mixed and inclusive. Darina and Joana both coach and ride, and the environment is one where everyone is equal on the bike.
Can you accommodate dietary needs?
The hotel restaurant offers a selection of dishes at each meal — there are always options for different preferences, including vegetarian and lighter choices. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please mention them in your application and we'll inform the hotel in advance.
